Click the button below to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation so we can discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and set up our first session. If none of the available times work for you, please shoot me an email so we can schedule directly.
After our initial 15 minute phone consultation, I’ll send you my new client paperwork and access to my client portal and we’ll set up an assessment session. This is a regular 50 minute session designed for you to tell me more about yourself and what’s been keeping you stuck. It also gives you a chance to get a feel for how I work and if we would be a good fit.
From there, if we decide we want to do this thing, we get to work! I recommend meeting weekly, especially initially and we’ll find a session time that you can rely on each week. Alternatively, if you have a variable schedule, I’ll show you how to select your own appointment time based on your availability.
Rates
$150 per 50 min session
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
I accept cash, check, HSA, FSA and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
